Warranty terms

1 | All Marvo products come with a one year warranty. Our warranty is further proof that you are making the right choice and an excellent safeguard for the value of your purchase.

2 | The guarantor is Shenzhen-based Marvo (6th Floor, Building A, DongFangYaYua. Chen Tian Communities, BaoMin 2 Street, Xixiang Bao'an District, Shenzhen).

3 | The warranty covers manufacturing defects or defective functionality of the product.

4 | The warranty does not cover situations involving theft, disappearance or loss of the product, or intentional damage to the product.

5| Performing any work on the product, especially repairs, will void the warranty.

6 | Under the warranty Marvo is entitled to remove the defect by replacing the product or part of it.

7 | Warranty applications are made via the form located at this address. Applications should be sent to: support@marvo-tech.com.

8 | Upon receipt of the application, Marvo will inform whether or not it recognizes the warranty. If the warranty proves to be valid, the customer will receive a new, working part or, if necessary, the product will be replaced. The cost of the courier in such situations is borne by Marvo. The time limit for recognition of the warranty is 14 days.

9 | The exercise of rights under the warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer under the warranty provisions for defects of the sold thing.
